Cancellation & Refund Policy
For Psychic Guidance, Yoga, and Crystal Healing Cancellation Policy-
Please call/text me at (303) 900-3246 at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to notify me of any changes or cancellations. You can also email me at [email protected]
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment. If less than 24 hour notice is given, a 20% cancellation fee may be added.
For Apparel and Jewelry Refund Policy-
Please reach out to us within 21 days from the delivery date to notify us of any issues to be eligible for a refund.
If the item you purchased was the wrong size –
We will arrange to have you ship the clothing to an alternate location with a prepaid shipping label. We will issue a credit for the shipping on the next item.
If the item has a print or quality issue –
We will work with you to replace the item at no additional cost. Please email pictures, and a description of the issue, to [email protected]
The item was lost in the mail (not reported delivered)-
We’ll work to replace the item free of charge.
The item shows delivered, but I didn’t receive it –
If this has happened, please email [email protected] Reshipping the item will be at our sole discretion.
